Science and Health Panel
Since 1993, The University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg Public Policy Center (APPC) has been the premier communication policy center in the country.
APPC studies Americans’ opinions about pressing questions in science and health communication. The Annenberg Science and Health Panel is a non-partisan academic research project. The purpose is to understand Americans’ knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors on a wide array of topics, including attitudes towards current and emergent public health issues.
Throughout the project, qualifying, selected participants will be invited to complete surveys that ask them to share their opinion about important issues and topics facing the nation. We will use those responses to understand important trends in public opinion, and may share that knowledge through books, academic articles, and eventually in news coverage.
